Palm Coast Library to Host Yoga Class on July 22

The Flagler County Public Library in Palm Coast will offer a yoga class on Wednesday, July 22, at 5:30 p.m. The session will take place at the Palm Coast branch location.

The class will include gentle movement, stretching, and mindfulness exercises. According to the library, the program is intended to support flexibility, balance, and general wellness. No prior yoga experience is required, and the class is open to all skill levels.

Registration is required. Residents can reserve a spot by calling 386-446-6763 and selecting option 2.
