A1A Specialty License Plates Fund Coastal Byway Preservation
Palm Coast drivers are helping preserve one of Florida's most scenic roadways, one license plate at a time.
Friends of A1A, a local nonprofit dedicated to protecting the A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway, recently thanked supporters who purchased specialty license plates that fund the organization's conservation efforts along the Atlantic coast corridor.
How the Specialty Plates Work
Florida's specialty license plate program allows drivers to support designated organizations and causes through their vehicle registration. A portion of each plate's proceeds goes directly to the selected nonprofit or initiative.
The A1A-themed plates are available to all Florida drivers through the state's tag office system, offering a way for residents to contribute to the byway's preservation while showcasing their support on the road.
