Flagler Deputies Issue 11 Citations in Red Light Crackdown
Flagler County sheriff's deputies pulled over 51 drivers this week during a targeted traffic enforcement operation focused on red light violations, issuing citations to 11 motorists including two facing criminal charges.
The Flagler County Sheriff's Office Motors Unit conducted its monthly Operation CRASH on state roads throughout Palm Coast and Flagler County, with this month's initiative zeroing in on drivers running red lights.
Enforcement Results
Of the 51 traffic stops, deputies issued warnings to 42 drivers while citing 11 others. Two of those citations involved criminal charges for driving without a valid license, according to the sheriff's office.
