Teen Fugitive Wanted for Attempted Murder Captured on I-95 in Flagler County
A 17-year-old fugitive wanted for attempted murder and armed robbery was captured during a traffic stop on Interstate 95 in Flagler County, authorities announced.
Carlos Moreno-Bolivar of Orlando was arrested without incident at approximately 6 p.m. following a coordinated effort between the Flagler County Sheriff's Office, Florida Highway Patrol, and U.S. Marshals Service.
Multi-Agency Response
The arrest began when the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office alerted Flagler County's Emergency Communications Center that a vehicle traveling southbound on I-95 was believed to be carrying a wanted fugitive.
FCSO Fugitive Unit deputies, including a deputy dual-sworn with the U.S. Marshals and assigned to the Jacksonville/Florida-Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force, conducted the traffic stop based on probable cause.

What Happens Next
Following his arrest, FHP transported Moreno-Bolivar to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. He was later transferred to the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice due to his age.
